Anoka N. Smith November 3, 1924 - September 29, 2013 Anoka was born November 3, 1924 in Munds, Oklahoma to Gordon and Madeline Mabray. She moved to Kern County in 1938 and attended local schools. She was an escrow officer for 16 years. She is preceded in death by her husband Harrace Smith. She leaves behind her son Toby Smith and his wife Monty, Toby's children, Anoka's grandchildren Casey Smith (Lisa), Nathan Smith and Crystal Donato (Michael) and 10 great grandchildren. Anoka was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother; she was loved by many friends and family and was "Granny" to all.
