Anna Marie was born in Bakersfield, Ca on January 15, 1951 to parents Edward and Petra Fimbres. Anna Marie was a loving mother and grandmother. She battled breast cancer for almost seven years without complaint. She fought an immense fight and passed in the presence of her loving family. She had a one of a kind sense of humor. She was an avid Scrabble player and enjoyed being a volunteer T-Ball coach. Anna Marie spoke her thoughts and was truthful with everyone. Above all, Anna Marie was a giving person who dedicated her time and money to those in need. She will be missed by those who loved and cherished Anna Marie. Anna Marie is survived by her son Edward Eric Vasquez of Colorado Springs; daughters, Xina N. Vasquez of Wasco, Teresa E. Estrada of Oro Valley; brothers, Johnny Sanchez of Fresno, Charles Sanchez of North Hollywood, Mario Sanchez Jr. of Lancaster; sisters, Rosie Sanchez of Fresno, Patricia Diaz of Fresno, Sally Carmona of Clovis, Irene Caruso of Madera; grandchildren, Aaron C. Vasquez, Anissa R. Vasquez, Addison B. Vasquez, Sofia O. Estrada, Lillian A. Estrada, Emma R. Vasquez, Emelia F. Vasquez. She is preceded in death by her son, Spike Vasquez; husband, Lucas Vasquez; mother, Petra Sanchez; father, Edward Fimbres; brother, Peter Sanchez.
