.Anna Kathe Cavey peacefully passed away at home on Monday May 25th, 2020. Anna was born July 13, 1941 in Dayton,Ohio. She was born to Father, Lawrence Charles Kathe and Mother, Elizabeth Marie Kathe. She was married June 19, 1965 to her husband, John M Cavey. They were 3 weeks shy of celebrating their 55th Wedding Anniversary. Anna was an entrepreneur to her very core. She had a long and successful career in the cosmetic industry, starting with her own Merle Norman store which she purchased in her early twenties. Anna always loved being in the kitchen and especially had a passion for homemade pizza. She enjoyed spending time creating different kinds of pizzas. She would make frequent visits to Ohio Pizza Supplies to load up on supplies to make delicious pizzas for large groups of friends.They would often encourage her and John that they should open a pizza place.Twenty-nine years ago she became the Co Founder of Caveman Cavey's Pizza.The family business has been a staple in the small community of Frazier Park. When she wasn't at their pizza parlor, Anna enjoyed taking many cruises with friends and loved ones. Her favorite cruises were to Alaska, which she had taken several times. She will be remembered for her very patriotic spirit and always wearing her flag shirts, or her red, white, and blue outfits. Anna breathed her final breath on Memorial Day and her body is at peace. She is survived by her husband John McKinley Cavey of Frazier Park; mother-in-law Rowena Cavey of Middletown, Ohio; her two Daughters Elizabeth Abshire and husband Aaron Abshire of Wasco and Angela Kokkinakis and husband Tom Kokkinakis of Castaic; five Grandchildren, Ashleigh Cavey of Fresno and Abigail and Kayanna Hope and Luke Abshire of Wasco; Nicholas Kokkinakis of Castaic.She is preceded in death by her parents Lawrence and Elizabeth Kathe; sister, Rita Steib; father-in-law John Evan Cavey; and Son, John Lawrence Cavey. Her memorial will be held on Saturday, June 27, at 1:00 PM, at Mountain Pointe Conference Center, 11134 Dorothy Ln, Frazier Park, California 93225.
