Alvin L. Enterline was born in Piedmont, OK on March 29, 1929 to Floyd L. and Inez V. (Noland) Enterline. Al had a life full of personal adventure, diversity, interest and hard work in the oil fields of the world for about 43 years. He loved people of all cultures and thrived on the friendships he developed professionally and socially wherever he made his home. Al enjoyed sharing his experiences with others and loved to laugh and listen and enjoy the life he worked so hard to secure and his wife Kay, always with him to share in the journey together. Al had faith, family and love to guide him. Al was 85 years old when his spirit moved on in his sleep from the comfort of his home to join his loved ones. He was preceded in death by his son Michael, sister Ila and his Father and Mother. He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years Kay Enterline; his son Brent; grandsons Andrew, Wes and Austin (twbb); his sister LaDona Rawlins and his brother Bob. Visitation will be held on Friday June 20, 2014 at Peters Funeral Home Chapel, Shafter, CA from 9am-10:30am with a Graveside Service immediately following at the Shafter Memorial Park.
