Allen C. Charlier Dec. 20, 1944-Dec. 8, 2010 Banker, 65 Allen C. Charlier, a lifelong resident of California and 24-year resident of Yucca Valley, died Dec. 8, 2010, at Hi-Desert Medical Center in Joshua Tree. He was 65 years old. The son of Melvin Charlier and Coletta Goldy Kensinger, he was born Dec. 20, 1944, in Bell. Mr. Charlier was a banker with Union Bank for 42 years before he retired. He enjoyed camping, hunting, fishing, golfing, bowling and spending time with family. His parents, father- and mother-in-law Hilton and Maxine Willcox and son-in-law Ritchie Kizer preceded him in death. Mr. Charlier is survived by his wife of 40 years, Cheryl A. Charlier of Yucca Valley, daughter Lynda Kizer of Yucca Valley, son Michael Charlier of Huntington Beach, granddaughter Samantha Kizer of Joshua Tree and grandsons Kyle Kizer of Yucca Valley, Robbie Kizer of Yucca Valley and Hunter Charlier of Huntington Beach.
