Mrs. Leyva passed away July 15, 2013 in Delano California, she was born April 27, 1948 to Rafael and Virginia Escudero in Las Cruses, Chihuahua, Mexico. Mrs. Leyva was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, cousin and friend to many. She leaves behind her loving husband, Rafael Leyva, and daughters,Brenda, Angela and Cynthia;grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends. Services where held, Wednesday, July 17, 2013 at Peters Funeral Home and Thursday, July 18, 2013 at St. John's Church.
