Alexander Anthony Perry, Jr. was born April 5, 1937 in San Rafael, California to Dorothy May (Joseph) and Alexander Anthony Perry, Sr. He was raised in Marin County and lived in Bakersfield for over 40 years and the last year in Shafter. Alex was a truck driver for 61 years, starting his career at the age of 17. He was always a hard worker, loved his children, grandchildren, his horse, Charlie and his dog, Fatso. Ales took care of his family; he was a loving family man with a tender heart. Alex is survived by his wife of 60 years, Beverly Perry of Shafter; daughters, Debbie Gutierrez (Jess) and Kimberly Davis (Fred); 5 grandchildren, Sheila Collins, Jimboy Sendner, Linda Davis, Jaybird Davis, and Jessika Davis; 9 great grandchildren, Sabrina, Crystal, Christopher, Talin, Serenity, Zoe, Ethan, Evee, and Alana; and great-great grandchildren, Emeri, Averi, and Caly. He was preceded in death by his parents, Alexander and Dorothy; daughter, Linda Sendner. Burial will be at Shafter Memorial Park for Alexander Anthony Perry, Jr., age 78, of Shafter who passed away April 5, 1015 at his home in Shafter will be buried at Shafter Memorial Park.
