Alejandro Carlos Lopez Sr. was born in Edcouch, Texas to parents Juan Lopez and Flavia Perez. He served his country in the Army as a young man. Alejandro was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and man of faith. Alejandro prayed the rosary daily and attended St. Johns Catholic Church. Alejandro enjoyed trips to Morro Bay with his family, listening to music, and sharing his contagious laugh. He was proud of his children and grandchildren, who were the focus of life. Alejandro passed peacefully at his home on June 21, 2020 surrounded by his loving family. Alejandro is survived by his beloved wife, Teresa G. Lopez; sons, Rudy (Yesenia) Galvez, Carlos (Maria) Lopez, Alex Jr. (Stephanie) Lopez; daughter, Veronica (Pete) Ramirez; brothers, Estevan Lopez, Raul Lopez, Ramiro Lopez; sisters, Josie Arvizo, Raquel Gutierrez, Diana Garcia; 14 grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents; Juan and Flavia Lopez; brothers, Jose Lopez, Fernando Lopez, Ricardo Lopez, Juan G. Lopez, Ruben Lopez; sister, Maria Isabel Lopez. A mass of a Christian Burial will be held Monday, June 29, 2020 at 10am at St. Johns Catholic Church in Wasco. A viewing will be held Sunday, June 28, 2020 from 2-5pm with a recitation of the Holy Rosary at 6pm at Peters Funeral Home in Shafter, Ca
