Alberto was born on April 8, 1952 in Las Higueras, Mexico to Anastacio Valenzuela and Maria Trinidad Gutierrez. Alberto was one of 11 siblings. Once a young man, Alberto moved to Shafter and began working. He met and married his beloved wife, Maria De Carmen (Huerta) Valenzuela and together they raised a family. Alberto enjoyed playing poker and dominoes on is days off. He was a loveable man, who made an impression on everyone he met. Some might say Alberto had a daring personality, which was contagious at times. He cherished moments where he spent time dancing and drinking with family. Alberto is survived by his loving wife of 22 years, Maria De Carmen Valenzuela; father, Anastacio Valenzuela; son, Alberto Valenzuela; daughter, Maria Valenzuela; brothers, Clemente Valenzuela, Sergio Valenzuela, Martin Valenzuela; sisters, Alejandra Valenzuela, Rosa Valenzuela, Hilda Valenzuela, Lidia Valenzuela, Francisca Valenzuela, Victoria Valenzuela, Adela Valenzuela; many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. He is preceded in death by his mother, Maria Trinidad Gutierrez. A Mass of a Christian Burial was held Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at 1pm at St. Therese Catholic Church. A viewing was held Tuesday, June 28, 2016 from 8:30am-12:30pm with a recitation of the Holy Rosary at 10am at Peters Funeral Home in Shafter, California. Es precedido en la muerte por su madre, María Trinidad Gutiérrez. Una misa de una cristiana sepultura fue martes, 28 de junio de 2016 a las 1pm en la iglesia católica St. Teresa. Un velorio fue jueves, 28 de junio de 2016 de 8:30am-12:30pm con una recitación del Santo Rosario a las 10am en la funeraria de Peters en Shafter, California.
