Alberto Camacho was born in Guadalajara Mexico. He moved to Bakersfield in 1957 and worked for Guimmarra farms for 45 years. Alberto enjoyed fishing, bar-b-queuing, eating Mexican food and taking trips in the Winnebago. He was a friendly man who enjoyed talking with others. Alberto was preceded in death by his wife Mary Ellen Camacho and parents, Manuel and Maria Camacho. Alberto is survived by his sons, Jesse Ruiz and his wife Blanca, Manuel Camacho, and Anthony Camacho, daughter Rita Venegas and her husband Rlaph, one brother, Raymond Camacho and his wife Yolanda, and one sister Marcy Camacho. He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Closed casket visitation will be held October 16, 2007 at Hopson –Anspach Mortuary Bakersfield from 2-8pm with a Recitation of the Holy Rosary beginning at 7pm. A Mass of a Christian Burial will be held on October 17, 2007 at Our Lady of Guadalupe at 10am. Interment will follow at Union cemetery.
