IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Aguedita "Angel"
Yanez
June 16, 1944 – March 8, 2021
Aguedita "Angel" Yanez June 16, 1944 - March 8, 2021 On Monday March 8, 2021 Aguedita (Angel) Yanez, a loving wife, mother and grandmother passed away at the age of 76. Angel was born in Edcouch, Texas and was the third oldest child in a family of 11 siblings. As a teen, she met the love of her life, Bernardo (Benny) Yanez and they soon married. The young couple eventually settled down in California with their first son and went on to add three children to their growing family. Angel was a strong woman, yet gentle and kind in all her ways. She could often be found caring for and fulfilling the needs of others, especially those she loved. One of her greatest joys in life was being a loving and nurturing grandmother and great grandmother. Angel took tremendous pride in her family and will be deeply missed by all. Angel was preceded in her passing by her parents Jose Almaguer Sr., Margarita Almaguer, dear grandson Joey L. Yanez Jr., brother Ernesto (Ernie) Almaguer, brother Margarito (Mago) Almaguer and nephew Margarito Almaguer Jr. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Bernardo (Benny) Yanez, her four children Bobby Yanez, Joey L. Yanez, Sandy Brown (Adam), and Steve Yanez (Melinda). She is also survived by her grandchildren, several great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and her remaining brothers and sisters. It is with a heavy heart that we no longer have her in our presence, but it gives our family great comfort knowing she is now resting in peace with our Lord Jesus Christ and surrounded by those she so deeply loved and missed.
